Get a low impact full body workout or just relax in our 20 x 60 ft. indoor heated pool. We keep our pool at 86 degrees so you can swim in comfort.
Hygiene is an important part of your health. You can shower before and after your workout in our locker rooms. Body wash and shampoo are also available.
Play 3 on 3 with your friends on our basketball court, run laps on our track or have fun climbing and jumping on our obstacle course. Training outdoors is a great way to switch things up. You also have access to a variety of tools such as tires, rope climb, pull-up bars, walls, and cargo net.

Our weight room is outfitted with heavy dumbbells reaching up to 125 lbs., 3 Rouge power racks, bench press, and multiple plate loaded machines (including chest press,

Maximize fat burning and muscle toning with our hand selected cardio equipment. You will find treadmills, stairmasters, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and step climbers to help you get your heart rate up.
Tone your body with these high-end 14 circuit selectorized plate machines. These machines will help you target specific muscles in a safe position. In this room you will also find a glute and hamstring developer, Concept D2 rower, and treadmill.
Strengthen your lower body in this exceptional room. Train your legs with leg curl, hamstring curl, hip adduction, hip abduction, leg press, and leg extension machines. Here you will also find more treadmills.
